What to include in your proposal
It is essential that you include the following in your proposal if The Spinney Press is to properly assess its publishing viability:

The reason for your book (no more than 100 words).
An outline with abstracts on each chapter (no more than 100 words per chapter).
An estimate of the total number of words of your proposed or existing manuscript.

Unlike a number of larger publishers, The Spinney Press will give you a prompt response to your proposal, within two weeks. Please do not send your entire manuscript.

Style
Should The Spinney Press wish to pursue your proposal to manuscript development stage, an in-house Style Guide is provided to authors in order to ensure consistency in punctuation, spelling and grammar.

What NOT to submit
